Job Description:

The Admissions Service Specialist is a key role responsible for managing the admissions process and maintaining account relationships for a diverse range of customers, including students, clients, subscribers, affiliates, coaches, and members. This position ensures a seamless enrolling, subscribing, registration and buying experience while managing ongoing account interactions, delivering exceptional service, and aligning with Emet Global Education Group’s mission and values. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, staying organized, and driving engagement across all levels.

Salary: $25,000-$40,000 Monthly (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the admissions process for new students, clients, subscribers, affiliates, coaches, and members.

Process applications, verify required documents, and guide customers through enrollment, subscription, purchases and registration process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Powergizer CRM.

Account Management:

Serve as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, fostering strong and supportive relationships.

Provide ongoing support for account needs, including program updates, account changes, and general inquiries.

Track account activity and ensure alignment with institutional goals and stakeholder expectations.

Customer Communication:

Respond promptly to inquiries, delivering clear and detailed information tailored to the needs of each customer group.

Host virtual meetings or webinars to introduce programs and services to new customers.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated account issues efficiently.

Reporting and Analytics:

Monitor metrics related to admissions and account retention, such as conversion rates, onboarding progress, and customer satisfaction.

Generate regular reports to provide insights for process improvement and customer engagement strategies.

Spiritual Contribution:

Actively engage in EGEG’s faith-based initiatives, including devotions, prayer meetings, and activities that promote spiritual growth for all customers.


Required Qualifications:

Certificate or degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing or Psychology.

Experience in Enrollment, Sales, Academic Advising, or related field (or equivalent experience), Program coordination or higher education administration.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and educational technology.


Preferred Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analyzing metrics.

Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.


Work Schedule and Location:

Schedule:

Part-time, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of two Saturdays per month.

Hours: 35 hours per week, working between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time. (Opportunity for full-time available upon performance review)

Work Environment:

Remote (This may change as organizational needs changes): Quiet, distraction-free workspace for at least 8 hours per day.

Reliable Wi-Fi, electricity and a computer are required.

International Salary Range: $1800-$2400 Annually + Bonus Opportunity
