The Global Virtual Administrative Clerk at Emet Global Education Group plays a critical role in supporting administrative operations across all our systems and affiliates. This fully remote position is responsible for managing data entry, maintaining and updating digital files, overseeing students, clients, subscribers, affiliates, staff, and all customer accounts, and ensuring the smooth administration of various online systems. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic, virtual environment.
Manage and update digital files, records, and databases across Emet Global Education Group and all its affiliates.
Perform data entry, accurately updating customer accounts and organizational records.
Oversee the administration of online systems, including managing access permissions and ensuring data integrity.
Provide support to internal teams and departments for system-related updates and document management.
Assist with virtual meeting coordination, scheduling, and document preparation.
Respond to inquiries and communications professionally via email, chat, and other virtual platforms.
Track and report any system or data issues, and assist in troubleshooting basic administrative problems.
Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information securely and responsibly.
Participate in virtual training, staff meetings, and team collaboration to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
Experience in virtual administrative roles and proficiency in online systems and data management.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).
Proficiency in CRM systems and educational technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote setting.
Comfortable with handling confidential and sensitive information.
Knowledge of Emet Global Education Group’s mission and operations is a plus.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of two Saturdays per month.
Hours:40-50 hours per week, working between8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
Work Environment:
This role is 100% remote position.
Professional, quiet, distraction-free workspace for at least 8 hours per day.
Reliable Wi-Fi, electricity, cell phone and computer are required.

International Salary Range: $1800-$2400 Annually + Bonus Opportunity
